Step by step
Search from the hero
Type what you are after — a market, a property type, a service. The search at the top of the Marketplace is the one that runs the query.
Take me thereChoose Property or Profile
The toggle above the results carries a live count for each type, so you can see where the inventory actually is before you commit to a tab.
Refine on the left
"Refine your search" holds market, deal category, price, bedrooms, occupancy and regulation status. Every capsule shows how many listings it would leave you.
Map, list or grid
Map is best for "what is near this"; list for comparing numbers; grid for browsing photos. Only property listings appear on the map.

Saved listings collect under their own tab, and a saved listing stays reachable even if the owner later closes it.
