Start the listing wizard
Create listing, then choose Property. Every step advance saves the draft, so you can stop at any point and pick it up from My Listings.

Title, market, and what kind of deal this is. The deal category is the single filter buyers lean on hardest — pick the one that is actually true.
Details and financials
Bedrooms, occupancy, regulation status, and the numbers. Listings with real financials get materially more serious enquiries than listings without.
Photos and documents
Photos sell the property; documents prove it. Anything you attach here is available to people you open a conversation with.
Link the live STR, if there is one
If the property is already operating, add its Airbnb or VRBO link. It is optional, and it is the fastest trust signal you can give.
Preview, pay, publish
The preview is the real listing page, not a mockup. There is a one-time $49.99 listing fee, and the listing is live the moment it is paid.
