Step by step
Use the listing’s own Message button
It carries the listing with it, so the conversation opens already knowing what you are asking about — you never have to explain which property you mean.
One conversation per listing
Message the same owner about the same listing again and you land back in the existing thread rather than starting a second one.
Or go straight to a proposal
Submit proposal opens the same conversation with the proposal composer already up.
