Two columns, in priority order
The left column carries what moves a deal forward; the right carries what is worth knowing. That split is deliberate, and it stays even after you rearrange things.
Profile completion is not busywork
A fuller profile ranks better in search and gets more replies. The meter shows the next most useful thing to add.
